FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

Many of the employers advertise positions for interviews at the Career Fairs or at a later date and ask that application materials be submitted through the career fair process. To be considered for these positions, students/alumni must register for the Career Fair, pay for one or both of the Career Fairs, and upload their application materials through TWEN no later than 11:59 pm, Monday January 18, 2010.

Some employers have requested that application materials be submitted directly to their offices, the job postings indicate the proper application method for each employer.

When Will I Know I Have Been Selected?

Employers will make their selections and final interview schedules will be prepared and all students will be notified whether selected for an interview or not no later than Friday, January 29, 2010. Students will also receive an email with the selection decisions.

What Do I Do If I Have Been Selected?

If selected for an interview, it is the student's or graduate's responsibility to check in and confirm your interview time at the designated "Interviewing" location. All applicants should be ready and checked in at the interview "wait area" at least five (5) minutes prior to your scheduled interview. Note: If you are leaving the area until your interview time, please be sure to let somebody know where you may be located. There are times when we may move up your interview time, due to a "no show."

All applicants selected for an interview are expected to show for their scheduled interview time unless prior arrangements have been made with a staff member in charge. If you are unable to attend your scheduled interview time, please contact your Career Services Office immediately. Any cancellations or changes must be done no later than three days prior to the Career Fair -- NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have any questions about the process, please do not hesitate to contact your Career Services Office or email pifair@lclark.edu
